"Packaging could’ve been better"
The guitar parts did arrive okay, so I can’t complain too much, and maybe I’m just a bit picky because I’ve had stuff get damaged in shipping before. The box was bashed up though, and there wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but I was expecting the packing to be a little more secure.

The website was okay overall, and I did eventually find what I needed, but it took longer than I expected. Some of the pages felt kind of cluttered, and the filters weren’t as easy to use as I’d hoped. Checkout went through fine in the end, but it felt a bit clunky. I got what I came for, but afterward I did have that slight feeling of, maybe I should’ve looked around somewhere else first. Not terrible, just not as simple or smooth as it could be.

I ordered a few guitar parts and everything was just as the listing said it would be. The sizes, colour, and finish all matched what showed up, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. Buying parts online can be a bit of a gamble, so it’s nice when a seller gets the details right and you can just get on with the project. I’d happily order from them again...

I ordered a few guitar parts from northwestguitars.co.uk they turned up much faster than I expected. I placed the order in the afternoon and had everything with me within a couple of days. It was all packed properly too, no hassle at all. Really pleased with the service and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good value for Strat parts, I’d shop there again"
I picked up a loaded pickguard and a few extra bits for my Strat, it felt like a sensible buy. I wasn’t expecting boutique-level parts at this price, but for what I paid, everything felt decent and compared well with some of the pricier UK sites I’d been looking at.
Delivery was about a day later than I’d hoped, but it wasn’t a big deal. The packaging did the job, everything worked once fitted, and overall I came away feeling like it was good value rather than a flawless experience. Based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again.

"Pretty good parts, just a tiny niggle"
I grabbed a pickguard and a few bits for my Tele, and they were kinda better than I expected for the price. Everything fitted well and looks nice and tidy. One screw hole was just a little bit off, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again.

"I had to wait a bit longer than..."
I had to wait a bit longer than I’d hoped, but the support team did get my issue sorted. What mattered to me was that they seemed to take responsibility and do the right thing rather than just rush me off. Overall, a decent experience
